Once you find a location, make sure you bring your ID and the money you want to send. You can use the website to find the store’s hours and the proper ID requirements. Each location is different, some have kiosks and others have paper forms to fill out. If you need help, look for the MoneyGram sign or an agent that is always happy to help you. Whether you are using a form or a kiosk, you are going to need to provide the same information. Your full name, the recipient’s name, their location, and the amount you want to send. Once you are done filling out all the required information, go to the cashier to complete your transaction. The cashier will hand you the reference number that you will need to give to the recipient. They will need it to pick up the money, only give this to the person that is picking up the money.
